Late Dr. Masato Nakagawa was taught how to make High Genki apparatus by an oracle in his dream. Even he did not know the effectiveness of this apparatus, gradually it was spread to users who suffered from stiff shoulders, back pains and obstinate diseases. |

Late Dr. Nakagawa was also taught by the oracle the various hints of inputting Ki energy into several materials. This was the beginning of development of Ki products. |

In the night of December 23, the oracle told Late Dr. Nakagawa that he could emit Ki energy from his hands. Next day, he first tried to emit Ki energy from his hands to people who gathered in his seminar. He confirmed that he emitted Ki energy through people’s reaction. He started to emit Ki energy both from High Genki apparatus and his hands. |

Through his experiences with many people, he found that he transferred Ki energy from the universe not from by storing energy in himself. He also noticed that Ki energy captured by photo as the light, and he named this energy as Shinkiko. |

Late Dr. Nakagawa had a dream of the oracle and oracle taught him to teach how to emit Shinkiko. In March, he started to hold one-week Shinkiko Retreat Seminar in Shimoda, Shizuoka prefecture. |
| 1992 |
Present Masato Nakagawa (Wataru Nakagawa) participated Shinkiko Retreat Seminar and he made decision to work for SAS a year later. |

In May, Late Dr. Nakagawa moved Shinkiko Retreat Center to Ikoma, Nara from Shimoda. |

| 1995 |
In March, Late Dr. Nakagawa had a stroke and recovered in July. After his return, he urged the real purpose of Shinkiko was not only curing diseases. In December, he had a second stroke and on 11th he passed away. His son, Wataru Nakagawa succeeded and started to popularize Shinkiko. |
| 2004 |
As of June, Shinkiko Retreat Seminar has held 150 times in total, and a total number of 13,000 people were participated Shinkiko Retreat Seminar. A total number of High Genki users are 40,000 people. |
